Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not classified as perishable or heat-sensitive before initiating a request.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the products you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the approved items and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
